For brains that run a little spicy.

Coaching, workshops and resources for neurodivergent people and their families, from someone who gets it from the inside. Work with your brain's natural energy and strengths, not against them.

Lived it. Studied it. Here to help.

Hi, I'm Sharen Ong

I built the support I wish I'd had.

I'm an SEN specialist, author and art enthusiast with ADHD. For 16 years I've worked with neurodivergent learners, starting at the Dyslexia Association of Singapore and growing into Lead Educational Therapist.

SpicyBrainTribe is where my professional work meets my own lived experience. Everything here is neurodivergent-affirming. We start from your strengths and build practical tools that fit how your brain works.

1:1 Neurodivergent Coaching

Less "try harder." More "try different."

Coaching for neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD, people on the autism spectrum, and anyone who suspects their brain works a little differently. No diagnosis needed. We start with what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and create systems that fit how you work.

  • Getting started, keeping momentum and finishing well
  • Planning around your energy, not the clock
  • Thriving at work and in your studies
  • Recovering from burnout and building routines that last
  • Navigating change, transitions and sensory needs
  • Relationships, social energy and communication
